Shipping Policy

This policy applies to orders placed directly with TEC Products at tecproducts.com. For an order placed with another retailer, contact that retailer about shipping and delivery.

Processing and delivery

Please allow up to 72 hours for our team to pick and pack your order. After shipment, delivery is generally estimated at 2–8 business days. An estimate shown for the shipping service selected at checkout takes precedence. Carrier delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

If an item is offered for preorder, its stated shipping date applies. Orders containing both preorder and in-stock items ship together when all items are ready, unless we tell you otherwise.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will contact you with the revised timing and the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped items for a refund.

Shipping options and charges

Available destinations, shipping services, and charges are shown at checkout for your order and delivery address. Please review them before placing your order. If checkout does not offer a shipping option for your address, contact us before ordering.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we will email a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Allow approximately 24 hours for the carrier's first tracking update. Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email.

Delayed, missing, or damaged deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or tracking shows delivery but you cannot find the package, email sales@tecproducts.com with your order number. Check the delivery address and any safe location indicated by the carrier. We will help investigate with the carrier and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Please report damaged or incorrect items promptly. Keep the packaging and, where possible, include photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable law.

Address changes and cancellations

Review your shipping address carefully before ordering. For an address correction, email us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. Changes may not be possible once your order has shipped. See our cancellation policy for cancellation requests.
