Requesting a cancellation

You may request cancellation for any reason within 30 minutes of placing an order. Email sales@tecproducts.com immediately with “Cancel order” and your order number in the subject line.

After the 30-minute window, your order is scheduled for fulfillment and cancellation may not be possible. If the order has shipped, please use our return policy.

If we notify you of a shipping delay, the cancellation and refund options described in that notice apply regardless of this 30-minute window. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable law.
