Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made directly from TEC Products at tecproducts.com. For purchases from another retailer, contact that retailer to request a return.

30-day returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Eligible items must be unused, in the same condition in which you received them, with any tags and their original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.

How to request a return

Email sales@tecproducts.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for your request. Please wait for approval before sending anything back.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions explaining how and where to send the package. Returns sent without first requesting approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and photos where possible so we can evaluate the issue and help resolve it. The ordinary unused-item requirements do not prevent you from reporting a defect or an incorrect item.

Items excluded from change-of-mind returns

We do not accept change-of-mind returns on custom, special-order, or personalized products, sale items, or gift cards. Contact us before returning a product exposed to hazardous substances so that safe handling can be arranged.

These exclusions do not limit rights you may have under applicable law for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.

Exchanges

To exchange an eligible item, first request a return. Once that return is accepted, place a separate order for the item you want.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
